About the tool

What is CVPage AI?▼

CVPage AI is a free resume credibility optimizer. You paste or upload an existing resume, optionally add a job description, and receive an Analyze → Critique → Rewrite audit with trust scores, heatmaps, and minimal line edits that preserve your facts.

Is CVPage AI an AI detector bypass?▼

No. We optimize resumes for human recruiters — clarity, ownership language, and ATS vocabulary — not for evading integrity checks or misrepresenting authorship.

Will you invent metrics or achievements?▼

Never. If a bullet has no number, we improve clarity without adding fake statistics. You must verify every suggestion before applying.

What file formats are supported?▼

Plain text (.txt), Word (.docx), and PDF. PDFs are parsed in your browser before analysis. Scanned image-only PDFs may need manual paste.

Do I need a job description?▼

Optional. Without one you still get trust scores, heatmaps, and bullet rewrites. With a job description you also get ATS keyword gap analysis for that posting.

Is the tool free?▼

Yes — the homepage resume check is free. We also publish free guides on the blog and open-source prompt examples on GitHub.

Privacy & data

Do you store my resume?▼

Processing is designed to be ephemeral. We do not maintain user accounts or a library of your documents by default. Server logs may retain request metadata briefly for reliability and abuse prevention.

Do you use my resume to train AI models?▼

No. Your submissions are not used to train models.

Who processes my data?▼

Resume text is sent to secure cloud infrastructure for analysis. See our Privacy Policy for third-party processors and your rights.

Who writes the blog guides?▼

Guides are written and reviewed by Salman Ahmed, an AI specialist in Dubai who built CVPage AI. Some drafts use AI assistance. Published guides are edited, and statistics are kept only when a source is linked.

Is career advice on this site guaranteed to work?▼

No. Guides reflect hiring patterns we observe; outcomes depend on your experience, market, and timing. See our Disclaimer.

How do you use these answers with your own file?

Start with the homepage if you already have a CV. Paste the text, or upload a txt, docx, or pdf. A scanned image will not yield words, so paste those by hand. Add one job ad only if you want the missing-term list. The list is not a score and not an instruction to copy the ad into your skills.

Use a guide when the question is about wording or about a UAE header line. The guide opens with a direct answer. The tool it points to is the place to run your own text. Do not treat a sample header as your visa status. Type the status you actually hold.

Privacy, refunds, and the AI disclosure are separate pages because they answer different questions. The check is free. The model is instructed not to invent facts. Neither sentence means a recruiter must interview you. If an answer here and a later page disagree, use the later page and email hello@cvpage.org so I can fix the older one.

A useful pass looks like this. Paste the current role first if the file is long. Read the flagged lines, keep a suggestion only when the noun was already yours, and put the line back where it was. Then, if you added a job ad, look at the missing terms one by one. Skip a term you cannot explain in a sentence. The FAQ answers above are the limits. They are not a script for the interview.

If you only have time for one page after this, use the humanizer for wording and the UAE hub for the header line. Do not mix those jobs. A visa status does not belong in a bullet about a project, and a project metric does not belong in the visa line.
