CVPage AI is currently a free tool. There is no payment processor wired in. No subscriptions, one-time purchases, or trial fees are collected.
Refunds today
Because no payments are accepted, no refunds apply. If you believe you were charged by a third party claiming to represent CVPage AI, please report it to us so we can investigate.
If a paid tier launches
When (and if) a paid tier is introduced, this page will be updated with concrete refund terms — including the request window, eligible reasons, and processing time — before charges begin. We will also update the Terms of Service and AI Usage Disclosure where relevant.

What should you do if a page asks you to pay?
CVPage AI does not take payments. The resume check, the calculators, the letter drafts, and the guides are free. There is no subscription, no trial fee, and no checkout on cvpage.org. If you never paid this site, there is nothing for me to refund.
A charge still shows up for some people, and it is usually a different company. A recruiter, a typing centre, or a page that copied the name can ask for a visa fee or a CV fee. That payment does not come to me, and I cannot reverse it. Keep the receipt, the chat, and the URL. Then contact the card company and, if the message was about a UAE job, the steps on the Dubai job scam checker.
If a paid tier is added later, this page will say so before any charge, including how long you have to ask for a refund and how the money is returned. Until that text is here, treat any payment request that uses the CVPage name as unrelated to this site.
Email hello@cvpage.org if you think a page on this domain asked you for money. Include the URL and the date. I can remove a broken page. I cannot see a card payment, because no payment processor is connected.
