CVPage AI ("we", "us") operates a resume credibility tool at cvpage.org. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site.

Resume content you submit

When you paste or upload a resume, that text is sent to our servers for analysis. We process it with Google Gemini APIs to generate audits and rewrites. We do not sell your resume text. We do not use it to train our own models.

Storage

Resume processing is designed to be ephemeral: we do not maintain a user account database of your documents by default. Server logs may temporarily retain request metadata for reliability and abuse prevention.

Third-party services

AI analysis is performed via Google's generative AI services, subject to Google's terms and privacy policies. Hosting and analytics providers may process standard web logs (IP, browser, pages visited).

Cookies

We may use essential cookies for site function. If advertising (e.g. Google AdSense) is enabled, third-party ad cookies may apply per the ad network's policy. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You may contact us to ask questions about processing. Do not submit sensitive personal data unrelated to job applications (government IDs, health data, etc.).
