ATS Resume Parser

Pasted text is sent to the server to produce this result. It is not saved as an account and it is not used to train a model. Leave passport numbers, Emirates ID, and bank details out. Privacy policy.

Paste a CV or upload a PDF, Word, or text file. You see the text a generic reader pulls out, then the fields a form would fill. This is not Workday or Greenhouse, and it does not print a pass score.

How do I run an ATS parser online?

Paste the CV or upload a PDF, DOCX, or TXT file in the box above. Read the raw text before the labels. If each job stays together, a form has a chance.

Is this an ATS resume parser test for Workday?

No. Workday and Greenhouse are not called. The fields are a preview of how a generic form might label text you already have. No pass rate for those products is published here.

Can a parser read tables or a designed PDF?

It can read the text the file actually contains. A table can come out in the wrong order. A scan or a design export that is really a picture often has no text layer, and this test says so.

Why are my job titles and dates scrambled?

The file was probably a table or two columns. The extractor walks the order the file stored, not the order a person reads across a row. Use one column and run the test again.

Does this ATS parser give a score?

No. A percentage on another site is usually keyword overlap, not the text a database stored. Fix the reading order, then add a term only if you did the work.

ATS parser vs ATS checker: what is the difference?

An ATS parser turns the file into raw text and fields such as job titles and dates. An ATS checker compares the CV with one job ad. This page is the parser. The ATS resume checker lists missing terms, and a match is not a pass score.

What is an ATS parser?

An applicant tracking system stores applications so a recruiter can search them. The parser, also called an ATS resume parser, is the step that turns a file into fields: name, email, phone, job title, employer, dates, school, and skills. A person may still open the PDF later. The search box uses the fields.

This page copies that idea in two steps, and it stops there. First it pulls text with no model. A PDF is read in your browser. A Word or text file goes through the same extractor the homepage already uses. You see that text in the order it came out. A model then only labels the text into fields. The warnings are ordinary rules in code: almost no text, contact details that show up late, a repeated line, date lines stacked together, mixed date styles, and table-like spacing. They are not a score from Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, Bayt, or Naukrigulf. I have not run this file through those products, and I will not pretend the fields here are their database row.

What does the raw text tell you?

Read the raw text before you trust the fields. If each job stays together, a form has a chance. If you see three titles, then three companies, then three dates, the original file was probably a table or two columns. The model may still pair a title with a date. That pairing is a guess. The column you designed is gone. Flatten the CV and run the test again.

You can do the same check without this site. Copy the file into a plain-text editor. If the jobs come out in order there, they will probably come out in order here. The tables guide explains why a tidy grid fails that paste. A person reads across a row. A text extractor walks the order the file stored.

Which layout problems does this test flag?

Contact details in a header or footer. If the email is missing from the opening lines and appears later, or a short line repeats, a running header was likely pulled into the body. Put the phone and email in the main text of page one.

Missing years. If the file has no year, the start and end boxes stay empty. Write a year on every role.

Mixed styles. March 2022 and 03/22/2024 in one file can look like two jobs. Pick one pattern and keep it.

Image-only PDFs. A scan, or a design export that is really a picture, has no text layer. When a PDF comes back almost empty, the test says so and skips the model. It does not OCR a photo. Export from Word or Google Docs, or paste the words.

Odd headings. Experience, Education, and Skills are dull and useful. A heading like My journey does not tell a form where the jobs start.

What will this test refuse to claim?

It will not say you passed an ATS. It will not print a percentage. A score such as 80 percent on another site is usually a keyword overlap, not a picture of the stored fields. This page does not use that number, because I cannot show you a vendor screen I did not open.

It will not invent a nationality, a visa, or a notice period. Those boxes stay blank unless the words are already in the file. Blank is the honest result. Do not type an Emirates ID or a passport number into a CV to fill a box.

It will not rebuild the layout. If the reading order is wrong, use one column. When you need a new file, PDF CV Builder is the sister site. When the words are in order but sound like a template, the homepage check is the next step. The ATS hub has the longer notes on formatting and on how a search works after the parse.

What should you fix first?

Order, then dates, then the contact line. Keywords are useless while the last job is split across three fields. After the paste reads cleanly, compare one job ad in the ATS checker and add a term only if you did the work. I built this preview in Dubai so you can see the reading order before you apply. It is a generic imitation, and the label on the page says that on purpose.
