Store Keeper CV in the UAE + Sample

A store keeper CV for the UAE: goods received notes, stock counts, one system such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally, and FIFO or FEFO only when that store used it. The sample is fictional. Not a MoHRE site.

A store keeper CV in the UAE is a warehouse file. The reader wants the goods you received, the count you did, and the screen you posted it on. I am an AI specialist in Dubai, not a warehouse manager and not a stock auditor. CVPage is an independent help site, not affiliated with MoHRE, and this is not legal advice. I did not find a store keeper licence on the pages used here. Do not invent one, and do not borrow a cashier till or a driving-licence line to fill the gap.

The UAE government portal says working in the UAE without a valid MoHRE work permit is illegal. A warehouse badge, a uniform, or a forklift key does not replace that permit. The CV does not create it either.

Sources we used: UAE government portal: MoHRE work permits

The government portal says the employer signs the job offer and sends it to the worker, and that the signed offer is attached to the application for initial work permit approval, which MoHRE reviews. The same procedures apply when the worker is already in the UAE. Immediately available is not one of those steps.

What should a store keeper CV in the UAE include?

Use the same header as any other private-sector CV, then the lines a store supervisor can ask you to walk to the rack and show. One page is enough for a short history. Two pages is for a longer warehouse history, not for a list of software logos. Name the store: spare parts, food, pharmacy, garments, or a site store. Those are different counts.

  • Header: name, Store Keeper or the title on the contract, city, phone with country code, email.
  • Goods in: the document you matched to the delivery. Name a goods received note if that is what you signed.
  • Count: cycle count or a full stock count, and how often you actually did it. No accuracy percentage you cannot show.
  • System: the one product you posted a movement in. SAP, Oracle, and Tally are not one skill.
  • Issue rule: FIFO or FEFO only for the rule that store used on those goods.
  • Equipment: a forklift only if the card is yours. A pallet truck is a different sentence.
  • Visa and notice on their own lines. Leave passport number and Emirates ID off the file.

How do you write a goods received note and a stock count?

A goods received note is the store's record that a delivery arrived. Write the check you did. A clear line says you matched the supplier delivery to the purchase order, counted the cartons, wrote the shortage on the goods received note, and got the supervisor to sign it before you put the stock away. If you only unloaded and someone else wrote the note, say you unloaded. Do not claim the signature.

A stock count is a date and a method. Monthly cycle count of the fast movers, or a full count twice a year, is something a supervisor can ask about. A line that says 100 percent inventory accuracy is a number. I am not giving you one, and you should not type one you cannot point to on a count sheet. If the sheet showed a difference and you recounted the bin, write the recount. If you never closed the difference, do not write that you reconciled it.

  • Named the document: purchase order, delivery note, goods received note.
  • Said who signed a shortage. A shortage you noticed and did not record is not a closed receipt.
  • Separated receiving from issuing. Putting stock away is not the same task as picking an order.
  • Left the safe, the cash till, and the customer refund off the file. Those belong on a cashier CV, and this job is not that till.

Which system should you name, SAP, Oracle, or Tally?

Name the one you posted a receipt or an issue in. SAP, Oracle, and Tally are product names a job advert stacks in one line. They are not interchangeable, and I have not counted which one UAE warehouses prefer. If the store ran Tally and you entered the goods received note there, write Tally. If a clerk let you watch SAP for a week, write the week or leave SAP off. Oracle is a company with more than one product. If you used a named screen, write that name. If you only heard it in the advert, you did not use it.

A spreadsheet can be the honest system. If the store tracked bins in Excel and the supervisor signed a printed count, write Excel and the count. Upgrading that sheet to an ERP because the next job asks for SAP is the mistake. The reader who works in the warehouse will ask which transaction you posted. You need an answer that matches the product on the page.

When do FIFO and FEFO belong on a store keeper CV?

FIFO means first in, first out. The older stock is issued first. FEFO means first expired, first out. The nearest expiry date is issued first. They are store rules, not a slogan, and I did not find either phrase in the labour-law pages used on this site. Write the rule only when that warehouse used it for the goods you handled.

A spare-parts bin often has no expiry date. FIFO, or a bin location, is the sentence. A food store or a pharmacy store often cares about the date on the pack. FEFO is the sentence there, if that is what you did. Writing both, because the letters look technical, is how the file starts to sound copied. If you do not know which rule the store used, describe the action: you picked the carton with the nearest date, or you picked the carton that had been on the rack longest. Skip the acronym.

Do you need a forklift licence on the CV?

Only if you hold the card. Write the issuer printed on it, and the year. I am not naming an authority as the UAE forklift issuer, because the pages used here do not create a store keeper licence or a forklift category I can quote. A pallet truck inside the aisle is not a forklift. A UAE light-vehicle driving licence is not a forklift card either. The driver CV on this site is for the licence category you may drive on the road. Do not paste that class onto a store file to look equipped.

If the advert asks for a forklift and you do not have the card, say so, or leave the line off. Do not write trained because you sat on the machine once. A supervisor who asks for the card will end the interview at that line.

Where do visa status and notice sit on a store keeper CV?

Under the phone number, in words. Employment residence with the current warehouse means a new employer needs a new permit. Family residence means you can live in the UAE and still need the employer to arrange the work permit. A visit entry is a visit entry. Someone applying from another country should say so, with the home-country phone code, and should not invent a Dubai address or a Jebel Ali job they did not do.

Notice is a separate line. If the contract says 30 days, write 30 days. If you are not employed, write that you are not in a notice period. Flexible is not a number. A warehouse shift does not get a special visa sentence. The permit rule is the same rule as any other private-sector job on the portal page used here.

What does a fictional UAE store keeper CV look like?

The sample is invented. The phone number is not real. Do not copy the company or the years. This is not the cashier sample with the till renamed, and it is not the driver sample with the licence renamed. There is no Z-report and no RTA class.

Fictional sample. Store keeper in a spare-parts warehouse. Not a real person.

Entered the goods received note in Tally after the supervisor signed a shortage.
Put cartons in the bin location written on the shelf label. Did not redesign the locations.
Issued the oldest carton first when two bins held the same part number.
Joined the monthly count. Recounted a bin when the sheet did not match. Did not close a difference the supervisor had not signed.

Stores assistant
September 2019 to January 2022
Issued stationery against a paper requisition. Not a UAE warehouse, not Tally, and not a forklift.

Farooq's file is one system, one kind of goods, one issue rule, and a visa line that names the sponsor. A food store that issues by expiry date needs FEFO, not his FIFO line. A person who only drove a truck to the warehouse needs the driver CV, not this one. A person who only closed a till needs the cashier CV.

What mistakes are specific to a store keeper CV in the UAE?

  • Writing store manager, or inventory controller, for a receiving job.
  • Listing SAP, Oracle, and Tally because the advert did.
  • Adding an accuracy rate, a shrinkage rate, or a stock value you cannot show.
  • Writing FIFO and FEFO on the same line when the store used one rule, or none.
  • Calling a pallet truck a forklift, or pasting a light-vehicle licence into the equipment line.
  • Inventing a Jebel Ali or Dubai warehouse when the store was in another country.
  • Hiding a visit visa under immediately available.
  • Copying a cashier sample and changing the till to a goods received note. The cash task on that file is not this job.

Section order, length, and what to leave out of the header are in the UAE CV format guide

A till, a Z-report, and a mall shop are a different file. That sample is the cashier CV for Dubai

A road licence is not a forklift card. The licence line lives on the driver CV for the UAE

Keep the system line and the visa line in normal reading order. A two-column design can bury them. Paste the file into the parser test

Common questions

Is there a store keeper licence in the UAE I should name?

Not on the pages used here. Write the goods received note, the count, and the system. The legal line that does exist is the MoHRE work permit. Working without one is illegal, and the CV does not issue it.

Can I list SAP, Oracle, and Tally together?

No. Name the product you posted a receipt or an issue in. A week of watching a colleague is not that line.

Should every store keeper write FEFO?

No. FEFO is the nearest expiry first. FIFO is the oldest stock first. Write the rule that store used. Spare parts often have no expiry date. I am not quoting a labour-law clause that forces either acronym.

What if my only store job was outside the UAE?

Say the country and the store. Write that you need an employer to recruit you, if that is true. Do not invent a Dubai warehouse, a Dubai phone number, or a forklift card you do not hold.
